Greek Turkey Burger

You know many people make fun of me for eating "healthy." Honestly, I binge eat "junk" more than you would think, but when it comes to my meals I do eat healthy ones. It's not necessarily because I want to be healthy. (I am sorry, I am working on mindset!) But the real reason is I like the taste!! This is one of my favorite burger alternatives. You can do so many variations with this turkey burger, but the Greek style is my top fave!

To prep the burgers :

- ground turkey

-panko or breadcrumbs

-your favorite seasonings (we have a blend we love)

- egg

-a few drops of balsamic


Cook the burgers on a cast iron skillet or grill! Place feta on burger to melt. Then add burger to english muffin. (we used whole wheat english muffins)


Add spinach or spring blend, tomatoes, onions (not pictured, but so much better with red onion!) cucumber also optional, dash of salt and drizzle with balsamic glaze. ENJOY!


(to make balsamic glaze add balsamic and brown sugar until at the consistency you like)
